All residential building plans must meet at least the minimum requirements.  Plans that do not include these requirements will be rejected.   For a list of the minimum requirements, submit your request to permsupport@washco-md.net

PLUMBING RENEWALS

Renewal notifications will be sent out via email on Friday, March 22nd at 5:00 pm. Licenses/Registrations will expire on May 31, 2024 and must be renewed in order to apply for permits after that date.   Questions may be submitted to permsupport@washco-md.net or by calling the office at 240-313-2460.
